His approach to design is based on material and product feasibility. Creativity becomes meaningful when form, material, and production are brought into alignment. Working primarily with porcelain has shaped a perspective defined by precision, discipline, and a deep respect for process. Material is understood not as a limitation, but as a medium through which design intention becomes concrete.

Effective communication is central to his leadership. Defining design details, technical requirements, and quality standards with clarity supports collaboration across departments. Longevity and sustainability remain guiding principles. Products should retain relevance over time and allow for thoughtful evolution within a collection.
